Mr. Amit Kulshreshtha
(MD, Operations)

Amit Kulshreshtha is an Electronics Engineering graduate from Nagpur University, who completed his engineering degree in 1993. With over three decades of professional experience, he brings extensive expertise across the Electronics and Defence industries, along with a strong background in outsourced technology and business solutions.

He has a comprehensive understanding of the Defence industry and extensive expertise in supply chain management. Throughout his professional career, he has worked closely with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), addressing complex operational and technical challenges and delivering cutting-edge technological solutions tailored to critical industry requirements.

His experience spans strategic business development, industry operations, supply chain management, and technology-driven solutions. His extensive industry exposure has contributed to the successful execution of diverse projects and the development of effective solutions across the Electronics and Defence sectors.

He currently leads operations as the Managing Director of Global Dream Solutions Private Limited, where he oversees business operations, strategic initiatives, technology solutions, and organizational growth, driving the company’s continued development and strengthening its capabilities across the technology and Defence sectors.

Col Naresh Barmola (Retd)
Director, Bussiness Development & Finance

Col Naresh Barmola (Retd.), Corps of EME, is an Electronics Engineering graduate who completed his engineering degree in 1993. With over three decades of distinguished experience in the Indian Army’s Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (EME), he has developed extensive expertise in radar systems, missile technology, and defence electronics.

He holds an M.Sc. in Military Technology, an MBA in Finance, and a Law degree, bringing together extensive technical, financial, managerial, and legal expertise. He is also a Certified AI Professional and is qualified in Advanced Management Programme in Corporate Affairs from the prestigious Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).

Following his distinguished military career, he has gained valuable corporate experience in business strategy, operations, financial management, corporate affairs, and technology-driven initiatives. His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to contribute effectively across business development, finance, legal affairs, corporate governance, and strategic decision-making.

He currently leads Business Development and Finance as the Director of Global Dream Solutions Private Limited. In addition to overseeing strategic business growth and financial planning, he also handles the company’s legal and corporate affairs, providing valuable guidance on legal, regulatory, governance and business matters.

Lt Col Biju P Ninan (Retd)
Director, Product Development

Lt Col Biju P Ninan (Retd) Corps of EME, holds a B.Sc and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and brings over two decades of distinguished experience in the Indian Army’s Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (EME). During his military career, he developed extensive expertise in defence technologies, including radar systems, missile technology and advanced engineering applications.

With prolonged experience and deep expertise in the Defence industry, he has demonstrated strong leadership in handling complex defence-related operations and initiatives, consistently leading from the front. His extensive exposure to defence systems, engineering, and technology enables him to effectively bridge technical capabilities with practical industry requirements.

With a strong combination of military leadership, technical expertise and engineering capabilities, he specializes in technology development, prototype engineering, product realization and advanced defence applications.

He currently leads the development of prototypes and commercial manufacturing of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) as a Director of Global Dream Solutions Private Limited, overseeing the transition of innovative concepts from prototype development to scalable commercial production.

Mr. Dinesh K Chandrasekaran
Director, R&D

Mr. Dinesh K. Chandrasekaran, B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering, is the driving force behind cutting-edge and innovative research and development in the fields of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and counter-drone systems. With extensive expertise in aerospace engineering, defence technology, and weaponized payload integration with UAV platforms, he brings deep technical knowledge and a strong focus on developing advanced solutions for evolving defence requirements.

He has been closely involved in the research, development, prototyping, and user trials of advanced drone and counter-drone technologies, with a strong emphasis on practical deployment, operational effectiveness, and mission-oriented solutions.

With extensive experience in the corporate sector, he has worked closely with various defence establishments to understand their security-related challenges and requirements, providing end-to-end technology solutions tailored to their operational needs. His ability to bridge technical innovation with real-world defence requirements has contributed significantly to the development of effective and application-driven solutions.

He currently leads the Research & Development and defence-oriented manufacturing of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and counter-drone systems as a Director of Global Dream Solutions Private Limited. In this role, he oversees the development of innovative defence technologies from concept and prototyping through user trials and manufacturing, with a focus on delivering next-generation solutions for the defence sector.
